Applicants will be contacted to complete the hiring process:
• Consent to a background check (is there a company that we can tie to the site to do this, or do I need to set up a program?
• Minimum age to drive is 35
• Copy of DL
• SS#
• DOB
• Driver must provide you with a currently dated Motor Vehicle Report for hiring. The individual can get this at MVDnow  site https://azmvdnow.gov  They’ll need to register if they don’t have an account.  Once registered they click on Motor Vehicle Record to get a copy of their driving record.  They pay a $3 fee for this.  They can also get one from an MVD office
