Capri Car Rules and Regulations

We take the safety of our drivers and our clients seriously. Please read and abide by the following rules and regulations when enjoying your Capri Car tour.

Age Restriction

    • Primary renter must be at least 18 years old or older
    • Minimum age for all riders is 12 years old.

  No Smoking in the Vehicle

    • Driver will allow for stops to accommodate needs

No Standing While Vehicle is in Motion

    • Passengers are to remain seated while car is moving
    • Seat belts are required by Arizona law to be worn when driving

No Eating in the Vehicle

    • Capri Car may pick up take-out, but no open containers are permitted inside the vehicle

No Open Drink Containers

    • Passengers can drink from our sealed Capri Cups with spill proof lids (available for purchase)

Maximum Capacity: 8 Passengers for the Standard Capri Car and 12 for the Capri Car XL

    • Driver cannot allow additional passengers

No Passengers Other Than the Signed Up Individuals Can Be Driven in the Vehicle

    • NO Exceptions

No Highway, Freeway, or Interstate Driving

    • Capri Cars are slow moving entertainment vehicles with a capped top speed of 45MPH

No Off-Pavement driving Permitted
 

No One Other Than Your Capri Driver is Permitted to Drive


Driver Will Open/Close the Awning Top at Passenger Request

    • This requires a volunteer to assist

Capri Car Can Not Leave its Designated Driving District

    • Passengers must stay within the pre-arranged driving perimeters

Abusive or Aggressive Behavior Toward the Driver Will Not be Tolerated

    • Verbal or physical aggression will result in immediate expulsion from the vehicle. No refund will be given

Excessive Intoxication Will Result in the Offender Being Refused Entry into the Capri Car

    • Driver reserves the right to determine if a passenger is excessively intoxicated and is a safety risk

    • Under age alcohol consumption is strictly forbidden

    • Anyone under 21 years of age attempting to, or suspected of, consuming alcohol will be immediately expelled from the vehicle

    • Our drivers reserve the right to ask for legal age identification

Capri Cars are fitted with a closed circuit recording device for the entirety of the tour for both driver and rider safety

Driver reserves the right to deny access to any or all occupants of the vehicle if any of these rules are not followed

    • Expulsion from the vehicle for any or all passengers will NOT be subject to refunds of any type

Driver or Capri Cars, LLC is Not Responsible for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

    • A drawer is available for passenger use but does not guarantee safety or loss prevention
    • We are not liable for any personal items; the use of the drawer is at your own risk

Rain and Weather Conditions, and All Associated Policies Are at the Discretion and Determination of the Driver

    • Weather issues and enforcement will be addressed in accordance with the “Rain Check” policy listed in the contract 

By continuing with the rental of a Capri Car, you and your accompanying party automatically agree to the rules, regulations, conditions, and terms listed on this page.
